Just received item. Only assembly was to attach the backrest to its support. Already had a quick detach installed on bike. Seat installed perfectly. Foam seems soft so we'll have to see what the wife thinks after a couple rides. Luggage rack was a little narrow on the farthest rear points as others have said but with 10% effort it goes on. Fits perfectly! If you want a luggage rack that's loose and rattles as you ride down the street this one isn't for you. I've paid the big bucks for HD stuff in the past which is usually very high quality but for this price I could buy 4 of these or one HD.

I installed this on a 2024 Road Glide. I didn’t find instructions and at first it wouldn’t fit or thought that it was not bent correctly. Looked at some pictures of the posting, pulled my head out, and it fit perfect. The quick detach works great as well. The back rack is very sturdy but the passenger back rest has a little bit of slop in the latch. The back rest also seems pretty comfortable, but seems like the material might wear out overtime and use. The color also looks very close to the original Harley seat, but definitely a thinner material kind of like a spandex. The four main bolts holding the brackets in are also an odd SAE size that I had to hunt a correct bit for. There were no missing parts and looks and functions great! Overall I would definitely buy again for the price. Especially compared to Harley’s price.

It was sent in 2 different boxes, in 2 different shipments, and delivered on separate days, so alarming when I opened the first delivery and was missing half the order. Once everything showed up, it was the simplest installation in the history of installations. Everything fit perfectly and looks great. Had to take away 1 star because of the initial confusion.

Awesome, way cheaper add on than Harley. One bolt was fine thread they sent and had to go to Lowe’s to finish installed . Happy with sissy bar and rack

Installed on a 2024 Street Glide. Perfect fit and it's the same quality as the OEM product from Harley at a fraction of the cost. Highly recommended.

This was the worst purchase I've made in a long time. It does not fit a 2018 Street Glide. Other buyers mentioned you have to do some bending to get it to fit correctly. I think they mean legitimate metal bending like with a jig and blowtorch to heat the metal enough. Mine was so far off I wasn't even willing to try bending it, immediate request for return the very first time I tried to put the backrest on. Took some measurements and found its off by more than 1 full inch! Once the docking hardware was mounted the backrest is more than 1" wider than it should be, 5/8 on side and 5/8" on the other when perfectly centered.The docking hardware went on easily and bolted up perfectly everything else was terrible. Luggage rack was way off also, but close enough I could force it on with alot of effort.Overall I do not recommend this at all to anyone. It's not worth the price, cause the quality is too low. Save your time and money, buy a higher quality item that actually works. The Harley brand is way overpriced, but these were too cheap, still looking for a happy medium between the two.

The 4 point Dock(0 stars) did not fit my 2025 Road Glide CVO ST. The bracket was too thick to fit in place. I bought a different dock and the frame for the backrest was too wide (2 stars), but after a little work I got it to fit. Rack gets 4 stars.

Great price and it looks great. There were no instructions on how to install the back rest pad and getting the screws in took a long time. That's the only assembly needed and there were no instructions.My real issue is that I'm using the Harley Davidson tour pack removable quick disconnect kit. Harley brand, OEM parts. I can't get the luggage rack to latch into place. It looks like the rubber coated spindle is too big. But they are the correct size for my tourpack and I'm not going to use the one that came with the luggage rack because it would be metal on metal and effect the tourpack when in want to put it back on. I've reached out to the mgr and I'll come back to post the results. They either show me what I'm doing wrong and I get it to work, or I send it back.
