long life replacement for old style halogen bulb
these are a great replacement alternative to the original halogen bulb. They run much cooler and last longer. I was about to order a new desk lamp with a LED bulb but then found this 5-pack which let me convert my existing lamp to LED. A great price, too. Slightly larger size did not matter in my use but might be a problem in some applications.
