Works great for my hair!
This is replacement for an earlier model of the same which I had for about 15 years. The 15 year old model still heats up well but the curlers were a different design and the plastic edges were starting to crumble and break off. Because the model is so old replacement curlers are no longer available.I love the new model! The case is redesigned and looks good and is a similar size so it fits in the space for them. The new model actually curls my hair better than the old one. I have a lot of long hair but it's fine and somewhat wavy and the curlers work very well on my hair. The heat indicator dot on one roller tells me when they are ready. The redesigned clips work well and better than the old. I wish they would have provided one extra clip for each size though.I'm very happy with these hot rollers and wish I hadn't waited so long to get them.

At last rollers that do the job!
This set is terrifice! Finally after buying several set, this one is the best one so far. the flocking grips my hair for easy rolling - the clips hold the rollers in place until I gently remove them. Nice, long lasting curls. Very happy with my purchase.

Rollers Falling Apart - Does good job on hair
Update to my original review. 6/25 - First ordered these 9/23. Over the last many months the rollers have been not holding up for one person, at home, normal use. Also, the ends of the rollers are getting stuck on the bottom of the hari setter appliance and some wax stuff is dripping off of the rollers which burns when I touch it. I have requested a new product replacement. They required photos which I have provided. They won't offer me a replacement until I send in the old one. I have bought products form this company for decades. We will see if they "warranty" holds up in this transaction. I'll keep you posted. I don't think I've ever returned anything to them before. This really should be a 3 star review. Only leaving 4 since I personally don't ever pay attention to 3 -star reviews. I only look at the 4s & 5s and 1s & 2s. I am happy with these and how they do on my hair. What I'm not happy about? These rollers are falling apart and have been for some time. Cannot find anywhere to purchase replacement rollers. This should last longer than 21 months.

Love the ease and efficiency of use!
This is a great hot roller set! It’s been years since I’ve used hot rollers but wanted to give them another try as I’ve been wanting to add a new look to my hair as I’ve been growing out some layers. These are so easy to use and I’ve always preferred them over curling irons and blowouts. They heat up in about ten minutes, put them in and you can finish your makeup as they are in your hair. Usually cooled off in about twenty to twenty-five minutes and your curls are done! Love these again!

Nice curlers, poor container
I replaced a 10-year old set and I really like how the curlers work, they stay in much better than the old set. I’m disappointed with the case the curlers are in. There’s no space in it to store the pins, just a flimsy little plastic bag. There’s also no handle on the case and the cover doesn’t close tightly. The shape is so rounded that it’s not easy to wrap the cord around it for storage. Definitely would not travel well.

Highly recommend!
First time ever using it and it is SO GOOD! I've used it a few times now and you need to let it heat up for about 30 mins, then unplug and take one curler out at a time while leaving the rest in the container covered. It is a bit hot, so just leave a curler out for a couple seconds to cool down before putting it in your hair. Takes a few times to get a hang of curling your hair and pinning it but it is very secure and won't fall out. Don't need to leave in for long to get great curls that last DAYS. I usually leave it in for 40 mins and the curls are so bouncy with high volume even after messing it up and sleeping on them. Highly recommend, better than a curling iron please try it out!

Just Like Aunty/Grandma Used to Use
These are legitimately old-school rollers. These ARE your grandma's tried and true set. 👍 I am terrible at doing my hair... I wash it, toss in mousse and sometimes just tussle it with my hands until dry or occasionally ill use a defused but I am not the 'stand here and do this until I look on point, on fleek, on live..' whatever. I infact go days without anything being done to my hair because it's usually a bun on my head.I washed my hair and added some light weight styling products and waited until it was about 90% dry and I begun rolling... Of course the new dog goes nuts, scares the cat and the cat sets the entire set cascading across my vanity and floor, GREAT START. I was upset thinking the heat was gone in them I'd have to wait another half hour for them to heat... Nope. Just put then back in and about 2 min later they were hot again. Once the UNIT is hot you're good to toss them back in for like a min and they can roll. So I stumbled and parted my hair like a 6 year old child, I used to much hair in some and wrapped a small tiny few hairs on a roller.. Basically.. I looked like boo boo the fool trying to get my thin tiny bit of hair wrapped up but I did it. I promise PROMISE PROMISE.. if I can wrap these in my hair, you can too. The pins DO WORK if you insert them correctly (there are videos of how to do that but honestly the trick is making sure the FLAT side or non curved side of the pin is the side you slide against your scalp and USE THE RIGHT COLOR PIN (some of yall used the big fuscia roller pins for the small white rollers talking bout the pins don't work- speaking of boo boo the fool, use the pin right and it WORKS ladies, stop acting like user error is the reason something isn't working). Like I said look at how flat my hair normally is and the amount of crazy volume and bounced curls I got from a 45 min setting. I just threw my bonnet over the set and vacuumed the house then did my makeup and by the time I was done they were ready to come out. It took about 15 minutes to roll my hair once I got the pin down. Another tip for the pins.. if when you put the pin on the roller and the roller doesn't stay (drops down or starts to sag) FLIP THE PIN And use the flat side to lay adjacent to your scalp as you push the roller firmly into the pin the flat slide is what keeps it tight to your head. There... that is all I know and the extent of my curling knowledge now lays with you. Hence you shall go forth on your curling experience and get the result I did or you might want to check a few videos (I did, I won't lie, this was my first time putting rollers in and I never knew how to do it properly, still don't but I know how to do it and get it done now)So..enjoy. they are worth the price.
