Low quality, if you want a good supplement don’t purchase this one. I get leg cramps if I don’t get enough magnesium. This magnesium does not help. I ordered this one because the one I normally order was out of stock. Never again.Update* 4/24/25I just looked at my email and these people returned my money to me for this product. It just wasn’t up to what my body needs but I have to say that this seller is of good charter. I honestly did not expect them to do that. Thank you! Most on this app don’t do that.

I started taking these a few months ago. I’m on my second bottle. This was a recommendation from my doctor who suggested a Magnesium supplement for sleep, heart health, etc. I can honestly say, I’ve never slept deeper and more soundly. I am getting ready to order my 3rd bottle!
