Quality remote security camera
Superb ip Camera with a range of excellent features. Super easy to set up giving a high def video feed day or night.Motion tracking and recording to Micro SD card along with motion alerts make it excellent value.Have had a EZVIZ video doorbell for years that has been faultless so would highly recommend this brand.

Good quality camera but the mic doesn’t work
Bought this as we just got a new puppy and we want to keep an eye when we go to the gym. The camera is easy to set up and add other people to the app so they can also watch. It turns and moves good, does screenshots and records video. You can pay to have the camera store video too. The quality is good, especially the night vision it’s really clear and you can hear and see everything. The app is easy to use and access. However, we have found the microphone doesn’t connect when we are out of the house. It works fine if we are in the house and on the same WiFi but outside of the house it just constantly tries to call the camera but doesn’t connect. Disappointing as that’s one of the reasons we have it (we can only watch in horror now if we see puppy chewing as we can’t yell through the camera!) not sure why it won’t work outside of the home. Other than that it’s a great camera for the price but yeah just be aware about the mic.

I got my eye on you.
This is a great camera. Has been used for personal cctv and the footage quality is brilliant.Several police commented on the quality of the picture and sound, the imaging and the ability to zoom in during a live video or a recored oneThere are many wonderful features like motion alarms and two way talking through the video. You are able to connect it to your phone via an app. I pay £3.99 for 7 days storage recall and I have 24/7 surveillance. You can record sound and visuals alter the angle of the camera and pan it around to see other areas if needed in whatever setting you use it in.You can expand the storage and use a micro sd card or pay for the 7 days and nights recall for 3.99 as I said.I got it as I had an issue with a neighbour who made death threats against me and tried to set my property alight.Thank god I had it as I also uncovered a human trafficking ring class A drugs and a fugitive on the run from prison. All wad assisted by having this camera which picked up conversations and police were able to ID several wanted persons from the footage that was captured.I paid £18.99 for this baby monitor and police said it was better than most shops and commercial properties have. This comes with so many features and can be used as a baby monitorA pet monitorHome securityOr external surveillanceFor the price of it I am extremely happy with my purchase and the quality of its featuresGreat value, great picture and great recording.

Good product, was hoping it would work with Apple home but sadly no. Works very well with its own app though.Easy set up and easy to record and capture.

Great indoor camera for great price
Great camera with lots of different features.Have three in use at the moment.Software is easy to use and configure. It's best to use the supplied power cable and plu,g as I tried another and it didn't seem to provide enough power. That was my fault though.

Save your money
Not impressed at all. Had it in use for a week to test it. Got a weeks trial of seeing dally videos on the hour. Next didn’t get any alerts if there was motion in the room the camera was placed. Next because I don’t subscribe there are no saved videos unless I want to use Sd card. Thirdly don’t get to see any movement alerts unless I sit and watch it live for hours and hours. 4th doesn’t seem to record what all unless I manually press record . Very disappointing. Sending it back. Wouldn’t recommend at all

Good camera with glitches and not PC friendly
What can I say, its a good, compact camera for the money and will really suit all you people who do everything on your phones, but It's has lousy support and options for PC use. This is easy to install and use, if you use via a smart phone. I actually bought this to use on my PC, (I hate smart phones!!) and double checked it offered this option, many don't. You can't actually use this the first time without using a smart phone and QR code provided, the app needs to be installed on the phone, to get it up and running and its easy to do on the phone, even for Luddites like me! Once paired to the app, you can access the camera easily and access all the options; pan & scan, night mode, sound, armed, unarmed etc. The camera does take a micro SD card, (max 256gb) directly under the lens by pushing the lens globe up, there's also a reset button here. The storage options are accessed on the phone under the history option. The camera itself is a good spec for the money and I found the resolution more that adequate for home use and night vision is excellent, I could finally see what my puss gets up to in the nocturnal hours!!Now, regarding use on a PC or Laptop, it's atrocious. I installed the software on my PC no issues, but could I get the camera to connect, (via Wi-Fi) its was practically impossible. There is no detailed instruction supplied with the camera, just a QR code for the manual on the phone. I eventually figured out that there is a tiny passkey, (I needed a magnifying glass to read this) on a label at the base of the camera with the password to pair it to the computer. There is no mention of this even in their online manual. I watched it on a random YouTube video. Once I entered this, the software on my computer found the camera. You only have the option to view the camera on the computer, this is really annoying and I would of not purchased this If I had known. There's no options, pan & scan, sound, menus etc.Another very obvious glitch with this camera on both the phone and PC is the storage and history setting. It seems very random that the SD card works and records when inserted, there is a reset button next to which seems to need pushing when using a card, although the first time I used it I didn't push this and it still worked. I have had occasions, on both the PC & phone when the card has failed to record data while in the camera. Its totally random and genuine glitch. You do have an option to format the card from a the app on the phone but not the PC.I have decided to keep the camera, despite the lack of options when used on a computer and the known glitches. The glitch with the SD card could be an issue if you intend to mount the camera or install in a out of the way position,as you'll need access to it to reset and insert/remove the card. It does come with a trial for cloud storage and options to set up an account, but anyone considering having private surveillance of their house on the cloud must be potty, its for birds!! and wouldn't even have it for free.
