Is a good value for money, I would recommend it better that the std tank heaters. Although the heating temperature variates a bit it is a good product

Did not wok
Purchased this item to heat water for one basin and one shower in guest bathroom. It did not heat the water very much and reduced the pressure significantly. I subsequently returned the item with a full refund and purchased a 12500W version from a different manufacturer. This one works very well.
