Works perfectly. Great value for the price.
Works wonderfully! I love being able to adjust the amount of pulsating water pressure, which is one of the reasons I went with this particular one. I've had others in the past where the pressure is too much and leaves my mouth/gums in a lot of pain, but not this one! The tank holds enough water to allow you to do a really good job going over your teeth many times before running out. Great value for the price. Love it.

TUREWELL Water Dental Flosser – Effective & Easy to Use!
This water flosser is a great choice for deep cleaning, especially if you have braces or sensitive gums. The 10 pressure levels let you adjust the intensity, and the 600ML water tank means fewer refills. It comes with 8 jet tips, making it perfect for family use. The strong water stream cleans hard-to-reach areas, improving gum health. Overall, a solid, affordable option for better oral hygiene!

Water flosser
This water flosser is great, very strong water pressure, and it also comes with so many different attachments and they all work great, the only thing I didn’t like it the curly cord attached to the machine, it’s hard to maneuver and manage but other than that it’s pretty awesome.

Amazing Tool for a Healthier Smile!
I couldn’t be happier with the Turewell Water Dental Flosser! It has completely transformed my oral hygiene routine. This flosser makes it easier and effective. The adjustable water pressure settings allow me to customize the experience, and the strong yet gentle stream gets into those hard-to-reach places, leaving my teeth and gums feeling spotless. The tank size is perfect, providing enough water for a full cleaning session without constant refilling. It’s also super easy to set up, clean, and store. I’ve noticed a big improvement in my gum health and a fresher feeling overall. If you are looking for a reliable, well-made, and affordable water flosser, the Turewell is a fantastic choice. I highly recommend it to anyone, especially if you have braces, dentures, or struggle with flossing. A+ product!

So far, so good...or even better!
Over the past dozen or so years, I've owned 3 or 4 Waterpiks, and while they were effective, they eventually stopped working. Their current model that's comparable to the previous ones is $79.95. This Turewell Oral Irrigator is $31.99, 40% of the price of the Waterpik. It works just as well, takes up less counter space, and doesn't leak when you refill it. I actually like it better. If it lasts even half as long as the Waterpiks did, I'm still ahead of the game!

Update of original review
Update:My opinion has changed in the Turewell dental irrigation/flosser! I didn't want to return it and go through the process of picking another unit so I kept trying. It seems I must have done something wrong when seating the water tank on the base, but I can't figure it out. Bottom line is that it is working just fine now! Yes, it feels a bit flimsy in my hand - but I have never tried a more expensive unit so I can't compare it to another brand. I had a recent dental cleaning (I get them quarterly because I build up plaque very quickly and fight to keep gingivitis at bay) and my hygienist was IMPRESSED. I left with high marks for improvement after using it for just a month. I don't know how long this machine will last but it is definitely making my dental care more effective. I felt the company deserved an updated review.Original:Sue here. I ordered the Turewell brand dental water flosser with high hopes, but it is a product I love to hate. When it works it does a great job, but it doesn't work every time. When it fails the pump does turn on but it fails to get water to the tip. I have been unable to figure out why it fails about 1/3 of the time, and the booklet that came with it is useless as there is no customer service contact information anywhere. The water pressure output has a great range and is very forceful at the highest setting. Overall it "feels" cheaply made, and the water driven rotating toothbrush tip just doesn't rotate. Great in theory but a flop. You really do get what you pay for, so I plan to return this unit and open my wallet for a more quality product. Honestly, now that I have experienced water flossing I don't want to go back!

Cleaning machine!
Excellent alternative to the name brand. I have been using this for several months and couldn’t be more pleased. The large reservoir allows you to get a good cleaning without having to refill. At first the high setting was too strong, but after a few uses my gums adapted. I do find that using warm water makes for a more pleasant experience. Doesn’t take up too much counter space. It comes with several attachments, but I only use one of them. My teeth are whiter and my gums appear healthier. I actually enjoy using this every night. My wife had used a hand held name brand version. She used this once and put hers in the drawer. For the price this unit is hard to beat.

Like it better than the WaterPic brand
This is replacing a competitor WaterPic product that failed almost immediately (and WaterPic won't do anything about it). The only note I have against this product is that the motor seems a little weak, and I'm not a fan of the on/off dial which also controls the jet strength which feels a little flimsy. So far (after less than a week of use), it works as it should. Comes with essentially the same accessories and offers essentially the same functionality as the WaterPic brand for half the price. I've never heard of the brand TUREWELL, but am thinking that all of these competitive brands including WaterPic are pretty much made in China and are all knock-offs of each other, so hopefully it will work out. If not, at least its price wasn't ridiculously high like WaterPic, where you are largely paying for their marketing hype and sadly eroding reputation.
