They are worth the money
I had some standard forearm crutches at home, but this time I had a long term injury and I needed something better. This one is more expensive and if you need 2 you have to buy both left and right units. The first time I used this one, it seemed strange since it is a totally different concept, but in a few hours I began to notice that it was very comfortable compared to a conventional one. Another aspect that I really liked is its ability to adapt perfectly to your body. It has a regulation with multiple positions, both in height and in the forearm length.Regarding the shipping and packaging, it arrived on time and perfectly packed, with instructions included.Something to improve? Yes, you have to assemble it and it would be better to be easier to assemble. Although the assembly is very detailed in the instructions.Would I buy it again? Yes, it is a great solution to walk faster, safer and with a better body position. If you want to improve your quality of life, they are definitely worth the money!

Works Great.
I am very pleased with this product. It's not perfect, but it's close enough for 5 stars. I bought this to help me out at work. Borderline ready for hip surgery/replacement and just trying to hold off as long as possible. If you can believe it, I work in a warehouse, and this crutch lets me do my job without screaming like a girl 20 times an hour. It was a little awkward at first keeping my leg synched with the crutch. I used loose zip ties to keep the crutch tethered to my ankle and had it down by the end of the day. The plastic guard for the forearm is a little tight for me, but it still works rather well. I am absolutely able to use both hands to lift or move something and not loose the crutch. Even if it does slip off, the upper part of the crutch is easy to hold onto with an elbow. Again, I do a lot of lifting, pulling, pushing at my job and this crutch has made it manageable for me. It takes me twice as long, but it works. I did not see, and can't imagine another crutch that provides this level of mobility and control. Highly recommend. Goes on the top of the best things I have ever bought on Amazon list.

Flimsy for the price
I almost didn't buy this because they don't take HSA money. I've used this plenty but it's always felt flimsy and at times unstable. No matter how we adjusted it (which is hard to do! It took power tools... ....wth?) it hurts the wrists and elbow and shoulder....I got it thinking it looked more ergonomic than other crutches. I've had normal crutches and had been using a cane but that hurt my wrist and elbow also.At first this one felt good but I was only using it to get up and down the stairs and ...like I said it felt like it was bowing a lot. I weigh 180. Not light but not 220... At forty pounds under the limit and not putting my whole weight on it that's an issue. The bottom rubber came off a couple times though not enough to think about it had I not been displeased with the rest.I was feeling much better from PT and rest so tried to walk a few hours at a theme park using this instead of an ecv for the first time. (PT was perplexed by the crutch but they didn't say anything positive or negative I don't know if they assumed my doctor prescribed it but they insinuated I could use a normal cane and it would be just as well. They had more use for a walker for me than this. )At the theme park I was taking my time. Being very deliberate (after meniscus tear and other injuries) I was resting frequently...I have to due to circulation alone I had to raise my leg every so often to heart level. Plus what rides I could tolerate etc.....it's not like I was going on one multi hour walk...Yet by the third hour my knee and other parts of leg, foot were already sore and tired at a point even painful in the meniscus but the pain on my wrist and elbow were so bad I kept alternating between being in pain in my leg and my arm (due to this crutch NOT being so ergonomic) . It was pretty awful.I've had crutches that hurt my underarm when I had a cast for my other leg, used those to get across campus everyday for several weeks and though my armpits got sore and wrists at times it was nothing like this!I now have more pain returning to the leg so normal crutches on the way and another brand of similar type to this but they look way different in how positioned. For now I'm getting around using a cane most often, I just can't go as fast in on the cane (though not supposed to go fast with this crutch either, so basically it's only special if you use it how it's not supposed to be used). My PT had corrected how I use the cane, that helped me with my wrist pain for that. Unfortunately nothing has helped when using this other than frequent breaks and limited usage. It's also pretty heavy compared to similar models that claim to support 30 pounds or more above the limit for these.I don't know many people that are under 220....many are overweight but some are just fit men under the height limit so I don't get why these are flimsy ....they have thick size and are fairly cumbersome yet they bend and bow if you get 40 pounds under their limit. The arm flap is not comfortable. I hadn't had to use it in much in heat at least but if it was at all warm it was unpleasant. It isn't adjustable at all and is almost flat.....so if you have any muscle on your forearm it's uncomfortable after barely any time/use. It's a clever attempt at a convinient securing of the forearm part but it's not functional how it's designed in shape and material etc. My arm has slid out easily when holding up the crutch (not dangerous persay since I was pointing and not using it at that moment) but it seems almost redundant.I tried to let it hold my arm in place instead of holding the handle due to the wrist pain but that doesn't work....I ended up just holding the edge before the handle .... with my fingers and my arm all wonky because at the end of a couple hours it was better than using it "correctly".I originally liked it much better than the cane but again, was not yet very mobile. I was going to get a second one at the time...to make things easier though not suggested to me. But still no FSA or HSA ....But I'm glad I did not because looking back it's been tons of problems.Side note is the thing squeaks about half the time I've used it which is not pleasant ...and for the cost there are no other color options???

Comfortable and sturdy
I love this crutch. LOVE. IT. 4/5 because I have some design improvements to suggest.I have hip pain, mostly in my right hip. Leaning heavily on a standard cane helps the hip, but it transfers pain to my wrist, shoulder, and back. It also fully occupies one hand. This is so different. It takes the weight off my hip, but it doesn’t cause everything else to start hurting. I can use my hand without it falling over.It takes a bit to get used to moving with it. You swing the cane forward more with your shoulder than your elbow. I still find it a little awkward on stairs.I’m a larger person- about 250#. I can lean all my weight on this without any hesitation. It’s sturdy, but still lightweight.I’ve attached a small bag to it, designed to use with canes. It works beautifully to hold my phone, keys, and cards.Even with the bag, this isn’t too heavy for me. Be aware though that it IS heavier than a “regular” cane. Now, some changes I’d make in design:Either make the over-the-arm piece adjustable, or use a large band of Velcro instead. This is the one place where the crutch doesn’t “fit” my body. It wouldn’t fit any better for a very thin person. It’s designed for average, medium build users.Design it to collapse and extend (like a telescope) or to fold. It’s awkward to get it in and out of the car, and to find a safe place for it in the car. That’s it; that’s all the changes I’d make. For me, this cane has allowed me to walk farther with less fatigue, to feel supported enough to relieve my hip, and to not start hurting in new places because of using it.
