I'm writing this review before I receive my DIM because I've bought it before and then I took a break as you should when taking anything related to our hormones even if it's natural. Unfortunately I have been under great stress and I forgot about starting up again. Let me tell ya ladies I was wondering why I was extremely hot and clamy and then I remembered NO DIM! 🤣 it makes a huge difference in our bodies. HUGE! so don't forget to restart on time! Menopause is no joke!😂 and this product works great! 😁

I’ve been taking Nutricost DIM for a few weeks, mainly for hormone balance. My skin’s clearing up and my energy feels steadier. The 300mg dose with BioPerine seems effective, and it’s vegetarian-friendly, which I like. No weird taste or stomach issues. Overall, a solid product that lasts a while, definitely recommend if you want hormone or skin support.

I bought Nutricost’s DIM 300 mg hoping for a simple way to support hormone balance. After three weeks, I did notice some positives—bloating went down, and my monthly mood swings felt less intense. The veggie capsules are easy to swallow, and the bottle is budget-friendly compared with other brands.That said, 300 mg per capsule is just more DIM than most research suggests you need (100–200 mg is plenty for many people). My biggest surprise was a consistent peach/orange tint to my urine within a day of starting the supplement. Hydrating more didn’t make it disappear, so I’m convinced the high dose is the culprit. While the color change isn’t necessarily dangerous, it’s unnerving and makes me question how much of the excess my body is flushing out unused.If Nutricost offered a 150 mg option—or if the label clearly explained why 300 mg is beneficial—I’d feel more confident. Until then, I’m splitting the capsule dose and keeping an eye on things. Good product quality overall, but the potency may be overkill for many users.

I've noticed since I started taking this supplement my energy level has increased and I sweat faster while working out. The capsules are easy to swallow. I've also noticed clearer skin. The value for money is a good deal.

This is one of my essential supplements, I love it because I don't like to eat a lot of broccoli, but in pill form it seems so great to me and if I consume it, this product is highly recommended.

Took product for about 3mn, I did not have any nausea with the product but what I noticed was I had a mild headache. My urine was an orange color or pinkish brown. I thought at first it was another supplement. I do stay very well hydrated and have optimal kidney function so this really bothers me. When I stopped taking this supplement, my urine went right back to being clear. I have noticed my mood is terrible when taking this. It did not improve my energy at all infact it seemed to make me have low energy. I have been off of it for about 5 days and I already feel more like myself. I am not sure if this is brand related or the actual DIM supplement related but either way for now I am not taking it.
