Like everything else you put in your body, it will take a little time. Do not expect results overnight. I finished one bottle and it has really brightened my mood and outlook about many things. It would have gotten 5 stars, but it is pricy. So, know this upfront.

Dr has told me to take these daily. the only drawback is from shipping.they tend to crumble around the edges making allot of powder in the bottom of the bottle.

While they did double up up their active ingredients per pill, they replaced their sweetening process and now list Xylitol as their main sweetener. While some may not mind this change, I find the result is it doesn't taste good making it almost impossible to take this product in a sublingual manner which is the most effective way to take it.I hope this change is only temporary and not a sign of things to come as they've already discontinued one of my other favorite products that they used to make.

They removed an important and expensive ingredient, phosphatidyl serine, I think it is. Not returnable from Road to Health. I am stuck with 2 $38.00 bottles! That sucks that they didn't disclose this change!
