Perfect Length and Durability
This foam roller works great when I incorporate it into my daily stretching routine. It is very firm and durable. Perfect length because it is not to short or to long. I like to use it with workouts on my Peloton App. It is also a good quality for the price.

Works great and easy to store.
Here’s the deal: this is a great price roller. That’s easy to store, travel with, and keep handy. If you are not familiar with the virtues of the roller, look up the exercises. It works for virtually any muscle group to avoid cramping, injury, and muscle elasticity. I am now hiking more and I’m in my early 60s so rolling does wonders. This one is dense, and the firmness is great for deep tissue concentration and its a great price.

Firm, Reliable, and Great for Recovery
This roller is no-frills and gets the job done. Dense enough for deep tissue work but not uncomfortable. Great value for the price — a staple in my post-workout routine.

Wish they had a 3-inch diameter model
Seems great so far. It's very firm, doesn't compress much at all. Was going to use it not only for exercise, but to relieve lower back pain while lying in bed. The 6-inch diameter is a bit too much for the lower back use. If they had a 18" x 3" model that would be better. I'm keeping it anyway because it's good for floor/yoga use.

Great Quality and Affordable Recovery Tool
I’ve been using the Amazon Basics High Density Foam Roller (24") for a few weeks now, and it’s quickly become a staple in my recovery routine. The roller is firm, durable, and holds its shape even with regular use. It’s great for targeting tight muscles in my back, legs, and hips after workouts or long days at a desk. The 24-inch size is perfect—not too bulky, but long enough to use comfortably along the spine or for both legs at once. It’s also lightweight and easy to store. If you're looking for a no-frills, budget-friendly foam roller that gets the job done, this is a solid choice. I’ve noticed reduced muscle soreness and better flexibility since adding it to my routine. Highly recommend!

Very firm foam roller
This foam roller is great for my athletes it is a tougher/harder material then foam rollers but definitely helps release tight muscles! Does not get any indents after rolling great quality and great for people really looking to roll out. Closer to a pvc pipe feeling! Which I like for a foam roller!

Durable, does the job
For the price, it is worth it. It has held up well. It has slight flex to it, yet stiff enough to support.

Great, even, gentle pressure to work out tightness.
I prefer the versatility of the long 36 inch version, although it mostly use only about half of the length. I have begun rolling this on the wall behind me, near an opposite wall or doorway I can push with, which fully regulates the pressure. One thing I learned is that the tension that feels as if it is from the lower neck, really comes from that patch of muscle below the shoulder blades mid-back. Those muscles are just above the spine, so you're rolling mostly muscle and will relax almost the entire area from just above the hip bones to the top of the shoulders, at the neck.I don't think using this without exercising would work as well. I've been stressing on a stepper this summer and am now using this roller as recovery from stepper and upper body dumbbell work (both while stepping and also movements I can't do while on the stepper). I never thought it would work as well as it does, but it works for me
