It's uncommon to find 40mg, I want the most I can get. That doesn't mean there is 40mg of melatonin, it's a small percentage, but this one is higher than most brands I reviewed. Also a low price for what seems to be a quality supplement. Definitely helps for a better nights sleep and the chewable tablet is pleasant tasting.

This is my go-to Melatonin. I’ve been using this brand for about 8-mo’s, after trying others for several years, and this one is my favorite. Keep in mind that, just like ALL Melatonin brands, you will have some weird weird weird dreams! But I get a very good nights sleep.

It's nice to be able to find something a little bit higher of a dose for people like me that can't get to sleep and the lower dose melatonins just take way too many

Fast acting and high dosage (it’s hard to find melatonin this strength that aren’t mostly filler) the pills are small and easy to swallow. The berry flavor is pleasant to smell but I wish there was an unflavored option due to sensitivities/allergies

We take Melatonin on a nightly basis. We have tried several brands that are either chewable or dissolvable. Most have been effective but have a hideous taste. These are 40mg so you only need one pill. It’s quicker to chew these versus let them dissolve but they do not taste very good. We get solid sleep and wake up refreshed. Definitely can tell the difference between the 40mg and a brand with a much smaller mg. Neither of is have felt any side effects. The taste is not horrible and with the quantity and amount of mg you get these are well worth it.
