Measuring 3 inches by 25 yards, this hygienic solution is made from 100% natural, unbleached cotton, ensuring comfort and safety during recovery. Satisfactory
I have to wear a custom boot and was told to purchase a pair of AFO socks to wear under it. The socks were $25 a pair, and didn't work for what I needed so purchased this to wear under the boot and wanted a thin sock that I could cut the length to fit. This product can be cut to size, and is sturdy enough to wear more than once. I wash them in the machine and hang them to dry so I get multiple uses out of each one. The ends do start to unravel so they sometimes need to be trimmed after washing. I'm going to be in the boot indefinitely so trying to make things work as long as possible, although this roll of 25 yards was less than the cost of one pair of AFO socks so a good purchase.

Post-op stockinette
After having surgery on my hand, I used stockinette to add comfort and protection. I have a large hand. I wear an XL glove. So I purchased the 4 inch stockinette, thinking that it would fit well. It did not. It stretched out and opened up and folded over on itself almost immediately after application. The same happened with the 3 inch stockinette. See the photo below. The best, most comfortable solution was the 2 inch stockinette (2 photos below). I folded it back on itself a single time to offer additional padding. Even with my XL hand, the 2 inch was the best option.

Will fit yo' chunky calf. Good value.
Good value for the money. Non- binding. No compression. Soft enough (is not an aaaaahhhh....soft cotton fabric). It's more of a textured 'slightly scratchy but not that bad' fabric. Works great inside a walking boot. I have a chunky calf & this sleeve fits well. You may see a dark shadow in the pic... That's surgical bruising. The fabric is pretty thin, but does wick away sweaty sweat.

Gets the job done but ROUGH
Bought this to wear under an Air Cast walking boot. The 3" size fits my lower leg perfectly and it is great to be able to cut the length I want. Mine came in a plastic bag, not a dispenser box as others had described. This is thin and lightweight fabric BUT the weave is too open and that makes it scratchy and rough. Wearing an Air Cast in the summer is bad enough, I'd like the liner I use to be soft! On the plus side, there is PLENTY of this so it lasts a long time and it is washable/reusable but at this low price it can also be considered disposable. I'll use this roll until it's gone but then I'll be looking for a softer material for my next purchase.

Makes a Great "CPAP Sock!"
This is exactly what I needed, to make "socks" to line the uncomfortable silicone rubber flange of a CPAP mask.Because this material is knitted in a ribbed stitch, it's also better for this purpose than another kind I had gotten, for a different use, from a physical therapist (that kind was knitted in flat stockinette stitch, the edges of which rolled up and shed a lot of lint, when cut). The edges of this kind lie flat and don't roll, and it doesn't shed lint as badly (be sure to use very sharp scissors, so as not to mangle the delicate cloth). It doesn't interfere with the fit or sealing properties of the CPAP mask, and the pieces can be washed and re-used (I wash them by hand). For a small-sized full-face mask cushion, I cut 1-yard lengths of 2-inch stockinette into 3 pieces, then fold a piece in half (back on itself) and stretch the now double-layer tube over the mask cushion, covering the silicone part, with the folded edge towards the face opening. It loosens a little overnight, but can be realigned to wear it again (say, for a nap the next day), before changing it for a new piece. Pieces for medium or large size masks may need to be cut an inch or two longer. This giant roll of stockinette is much more economical than the after-market "CPAP covers" that the NP at the sleep medicine doctor's office suggested (those were 2 for $35, the last time I looked). It's important to comply with CPAP treatment, so if you're about to give up on it because the mask is so uncomfortable, try using this stockinette to make the cushion feel better against your skin.If you don't like how it works, you can use the stockinette tubes for other purposes: for cushioning fragile knickknacks when packing them for shipping or storage; as a "tamer" for multiple electrical cords or electronics cables; cut into non-latex elastic bands to hold other objects together (you know how rubber bands eventually dry rot? this stuff won't do that); tied into little bags for bouquet garni (instead of cheesecloth) when cooking, or in place of muslin for home-made tea bags.... Use your imagination, and your small investment in this stockinette won't be wasted.

This is horrible!!!!
I had recent extensive hand surgery. I have been in three kinds of casts and braces. The current brace does not breathe and sticks to my skin, making removal very painful. The Physical Therapist used a similar product "sleeve" on my hand and arm to prevent my skin from sweating underneath the brace. I looked for a similar product locally. No luck. I go to good old Amazon and sure enough there is a comparable product. I ordered it. DEFINITELY not the same quality as what P/T provided. It ravels, shreds, tears, and is very thin weave - i.e. totally unsuitable for the use I need. The P/T product was good for 3-4 days use. This product barely makes it thru one day and must be discarded. Definitely
