Suction power good, noise level decent, quality product. But which technician installed the Chimney, he had no knowledge about the product.Very unprofessional.. He did not demonstrate the product properly.

Package was as delivered on time. No damage. Installation was smooth and well explained. Very clean. No extra charges other than specified. Happy with installation. Will use for sometime and then will share more feedback on usage and quality of the chimney.

Good Product, But Poor Service and Design Flaw
The chimney itself works fine, but the after-sales service in my area is quite slow—it took over a week for a technician to visit. Additionally, I always have to ensure that the main switch is turned off after using the chimney; otherwise, it tends to stop working again. This is quite inconvenient. With my previous chimney, I never had to switch it off for over 10 years and never faced any such issue.
