These are a bit terrifying when you think about it but once you get used to them it’s ok honest! And now divorce isn’t imminent! Performance, they stick well esp if you pull in your lips and slightly stretch them wider so super easy to use they stay in place all night and are quite comfortable and both my husband and I get better sleep quality…I know you look like a hostage but it is worth it for better quality nose breathing

The last time I bought these the strip pulled off in one and they stuck brilliantly until morning.The most recent ones I bought hardly seem to stick at all and the strip on the back pulls off in two. They've definitely done something to cheapen the product.

I have tried a large number of these products over the last 8 months and these are probably my favourite ones so far. I am a mouth breather of many years, I also have a full face CPAP machine, which was changed to a new one in December last year. The new one causes my throat to dry out terribly, and so I decided to give mouth tape a try. I generally look for 3 things in the sleep tape I have tried.1. How adhesive they are2. How breathable they are3. How well they fitFirstly these have a feature I have not come across in any of the brands I have tried, and was not mentioned in the product description, namely these are a fragrance. In this case it is lavender and I like it. The smell is not over powering and goes away after 15 minutes or so. So for me this was a nic e added feature.1. Adhesion - In nterms of adhesion, these are by far the strongest I have used. These have not come off once while I have been using them, even with a 5 day stubble. If I had to say something negative, I would say these might be a little to strong. On one occasion, I made the mistake of closing my lips really tight before applying the tape, and I could not open my mouth at all just by using my jaw muscles, I had to remove the tape by hand and reapply. But I prefer this strong adhesion to waking up in the middle of the night with the tape flapping like other brands.2. How breathable they are - These are very soft fabric, but I found it easy to breath through if I needed to. You can never be sure that you might develop a blocked nose during the night, and so even though Sleep tape is supposed to make you breathe through your nose, to be safe, the tales should be breathable.3. How well they fit - Generally the sleep tapes I have tried all look roughly the same size and shape, but a lot depends on the material and how stretchy it is. These are very soft, and also stretchy, so it is easy to get a good fit first time.I am still looking for my "perfect" sleep tape, but this currently my top contender and would recommend this one

While the strip is actually in place it has improved my sleep, however as soon as the adhesive loosens and falls off my snoring returns, I will not buy again I’m already trying to find a stronger alternative.

I’m a complete mouth taping convert and recommend it to anyone.These are ok but not sticky enough for me as I like to wear mine over my skincare. They may be ok for you if this isn’t an issue.Very good price for the amount you get - 2 months supply.

I bought these as snoring has plagued my life for years! I have tried numerous gadgets/remedies and nothing worked.So very sceptically I tried this mouth tape.Absolutely worked for me and my wife is over the moon!!!!! Brilliant

I've tried a couple of different types of this sort of tape and this one, so far, is by far the best.I suffer with sleep apnoea. If I'm breathing easily, I use a nasal pillows mask otherwise it's the full face. Even though my CPAP machine has a heated hose and water tan to help with dry mouth, it doesn't work as well as I'd like so I've been trying various mouth tapes in case I'm mouth breathing.Firstly, the coverage of this tape is bang on the money. It covers my mouth perfectly. Adhesion is again bang on; I woke in the middle of the night and it was still attached. I also peeled it to one side so I could have a drink, stuck it back in place and it was still securely attached when I woke a few hours later. It has a mild amount of stretch in that I'm able to move my lips a little when the patch is secure.I'd add one word of caution and that is men should think carefully about applying this tape with more than one or two days stubble. Otherwise, it could be asking for a painful experience removing the tape on waking.I'll be buying more of these once my supply has run out. I recommend these without hesitation.
