Useless. Status never updating in Apple HomeKit.Lock failed to calibrate time and time again.Having to manually turn to lock or unlock was a bit useless as most guests would forget so you’d end up not able to lock the door unless there.Keys don’t grip in the lock so when twisting the key it would slide out so you’d have to start again.No keypad or fingerprint rendered this mostly pointless even when digitally assigning keys to friends/trades etc.Connection wasn’t great to phone. Half the time no response in Netatmo app.Very bulky interior handle.Bluetooth only and it could not deal with multiple Apple HomePods.I spent 6 weeks with support trying to get an answer but with repeated silence from them I demanded my money back which took over a month after sending back the device.For its price the features are lacking. Look at Nuki, aqara or switchbot and they all have matter over thread and a lock/unlock motor. Plus you can still use your own key or keypad.
