Easy to use, compact unit
I have genuinely had the best 2 nights sleep since this purchase, very noticeable change.

Set-able frequencies
Does not set to the frequency selected.I.e. I select it to 945Hz, it sets to 946.96Hz

works as advertised
This works but there are no conventional ports. There is an obvious power port on the bottom and a less obvious jack port on the right hand side. Only works with headphones. If I was buying again i'd maybe get one in a perspex case as this came as electronic board which is quite fragile.

No instructions came with this product. No idea how to use it

Not having any instructions does not helpPlugging it in did help, at least it didn't blow up.The number 7.83 is the built in frequency which appears to be the 'Go To' number for well being and the whole reason it was sold for in the first place, although the frequency can be changed if you so wish.I assume it only works when plugged in as there is no battery indicator as I can see, so the image of someone placing it in their pocket for 'convenience' just means it is portableIf anyone can shine more light on this, it would appreciated
