As an informed user, I consider this cleaning device an invaluable enhancement to my cleaning routine. I live in a 550 sqm penthouse distributed across three levels, and my household dynamic includes five cats and a toddler. I acquired this unit as a supplementary cleaning aid and have been using it since November 2024.The operational performance of the device—affectionately named Rocky—has been outstanding; I have no grievances. I perform maintenance cleaning on a weekly basis, and once one becomes acquainted with the interface, its operation is straightforward.I replace the mop daily and, given my extensive usage, I refill the clean water tank and empty the dirty tank twice daily. I've set it up to conduct cleaning cycles three times a day using various modes, and the analytics it provides are impressive.The mapping functionality is particularly advantageous for efficient navigation, enabling me to locate my pets throughout the space. Remarkably, it exhibits caution when in close proximity to them, alleviating potential stress or fright for the animals. Its ability to navigate around obstacles is commendable, and it can skillfully maneuver around cat waste. Nonetheless, it has some limitations in detecting liquid contaminants such as water or urine on the floor, which can pose a challenge, but this is a minor concern.A notable limitation is its inability to recognize and evade small cables, which can occasionally result in the device becoming entangled. Despite these minor setbacks, I consider it a sound investment. I plan to purchase a second unit for my second and third floors, as transporting it between levels is somewhat cumbersome due to its weight.

I bought two Roborock MaxV S8 one for Ground floor and the other one for 1st Floor, Roborock Max S8 which one I am using in ground floor, is very nice, automatic mapping full house and clean very nice every where every corner but the other one which one I bought for first floor it can’t map properly also if I give him to clean by room some time it clean one room some time it clean a single portion and say cleaning completed. Actually the second one was completely defective and I return back.

My previous roborock was old, kinda stupid, kept getting stuck but was doing an acceptable job of collecting some dust and pet hair. So, I didn't know what to expect of the saros 10.Just mapping the house - getting into tiny spaces and above ledges without hesitation was a revelation. Didn't get stuck once. I have a compacted space with lots of things.Cleaning performance (both vaccuming and mopping) is crazy in comparison with the older model. Won't replace some manual vacuuming in certain impossible corners, but it's 95% there!Now just wondering about longevity. Let's seeThe only thing I hope for right now is that store will provide consumables and spares here on amazon.ae, not feeling like exploring Aliexpress for that

A perfect maid for me. Works super amazingly well. Each household should own it. Mopping function is amazing. So much dirty water is extracted daily it shows how filthy your home gets living in UAE as dust piles up daily with winds, etc.

Product was working fine until all of a sudden Robot gave an error "Unable to communicate with Dock, please clean the sensor"I reported this to support@roborock.com (with pics/videos) and connected with seller also where they suggested to follow troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue which did not work after several attempts.Eventually I am returning this product and will be issued a refund.Since I purchased this product with promotional offer and new price is much higher, Amazon gave an option to get the difference in gift card which is not a small amount, I mean how you would prefer getting a gift card worth AED 1500 where getting it deducted on a purchase price is more preferable and obvious option.This disappoints where a Buyer is ok to purchase the product again but due to policies/ troubleshooting end user is left helpless.

I had the S8 max v ultra and developed issues with tank emptying. I had a smooth return within the warranty period thanks to amazon and seller. I got the saros 10 and am so happy with the device. Spotless cleaning and hassle free. However this is supposed to go under furniture but i don't see it going under though. A good buy and I recommend getting it.
