I rarely write reviews, but this set is terrific. High quality and packaged really beautifully. The bowl looks like it was made by an artisan potter. The whisk is gorgeous and really makes my matcha foamy and frothy. The strainer is very good quality as is the bamboo wand. Folks, this is one of the best purchases I've ever made on Amazon; it has elevated my matcha ceremony, it is worth twice what I paid for it.

Beautiful & sturdy but not just for matcha
I love this matcha set! It makes great matcha (of course) but it’s so classic and pretty. I love the stoneware look and even use this to make glaze and drizzles for my baked goods. Very heavy and well made. For matcha, it comes with a little card to take you step by step in making your tea.
