I’ve been taking this Omega-3 supplement for a while now, and I can truly feel the difference! The capsules are fairly easy to swallow, but still large, which is normal in my experience with Omega-3 or fish oil supplements. I take it at night to avoid any aftertaste. Great product

There is a process used for derivatives of the Omega 3 ingredients here that prevents the same risks you have wit hfish oil tablets. Fish oil goes bad all the time and doesn't just become pointless, but it hurts your health. THORNE avoids that here.

I have been taking some vitamins daily and the experience has been very positive. I started to feel more energetic after the first week, especially in the mornings, where I had a hard time starting the day. I also noticed improvements in concentration and general mood. I chose them because they had a good balance of essential vitamins such as B12, C, D and minerals such as zinc and iron. In addition, they are easy to ingest and have not caused me stomach upset, something that has happened to me with other brands. To expensive to use monthly

the pills were recommended by my nutritionist and appeared to be high quality, but my order arrived melted and stuck together. i have to fight to get pills out and i likely won't be able to use the whole bottle, which is a waste of money. disappointed.

Best fish oil out there. My hair health is 100% due to these supplements, I’m on my 4th(?) bottle. The shine it has given my hair is unreal!
