A natural sleep aid is amazing. It keeps me from having to take harder medication and prescriptions and it works like a dream. It doesn’t have any taste. But functionally it’s absolutely perfect after about 15 to 20 minutes I sleep flawlessly and have no trouble falling asleep they dissolve well in by far, the highest quality in any kind of vitamin.

These 3mg melatonin tablets dissolve easily in the mouth. They came nicely sealed with a plastic band around the cap, as well as a tamper proof seal inside, which I really appreciate when purchasing supplements online. These are manufactured in NJ, here in the good old U.S.A. With melatonin, I've found less is more, so I like the 3mg dose which I've found is perfect for me. These dissolve nicely and have a good raspberry flavor that is subtle and not overwhelming. Comparable to the other melatonin I've been taking and recently ran out of. I would definitely purchase these again.

I like that these are a 3 mg size! It's just the perfect amount to not leave me groggy and dragging in the morning. The berry flavor is tasty enough and these pills are easy to take. They work quickly and I sleep so much better. The bottle is easy to open and close. I would buy this brand again in the future, for sure.

I am reviewing Sundance melatonin, which at the time of this review was $6.13 for 60 dissolving tablets. I try to take the lowest dose possible of melatonin, as too much just leaves me feeling terrible the next day. In general, some of the doses I see are just insane; 10 mg or higher!! That much leaves me feeling like I have a hangover.For me, 1mg still seems to be enough to get me to sleep well, without the side effects, so I have been taking half of one of these, which comes in at 1.5mg. They do work well. I get a gentle and restful sleep with these, and wake up feeling more rested than when I was taking higher doses. I also like chewable or dissolvable tablets because I don't have to find something to drink to take it at bedtime. The taste of these is good, not bad, not excellent. I much prefer my go-to brand here on Amazon, the Carlyle Fast dissolve berry flavor (I snap a 3mg in half).The big issue I have with this product is price and number of tablets. It's just not a good value. You get a big nearly empty bottle with a small quantity of 60 tablets resting at the bottom. 60 tablets for $6, while other brands (like Carlyle) give you 300 tablets for just $2 more. To me, this brand just isn't a good value, not to mention you'd be back here ordering it again every few months, getting yet another plastic bottle, more packaging and delivery time/fuel, which just seems inefficient and wasteful.

My husband takes melatonin from time to time. He likes the 3mg portion. He was glad to get this bottle as he is out at the current time. He took it last night and said it worked.
